Automate and delegate properly. This means a lot of initial training and set up, but it pays off. Your business plan is how you will plot out your business in fine detail. It will help you establish what everything required to run your business. Don’t make the mistake of treating it as anything less than a real business. To be successful, you need to take the time necessary for full planning and research.
I know direct sales is the way to go and have finally found a company with products and a compensation plan that provides results and real income….Plexus! $34.95 to start up/annual fee with no quotas, no minimums, no inventory, no parties. All products have a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, but less than 1% ever do, because the products work!
What a great article! Never in my life would I have considered joining a MLM because of the shady practices of some companies in the past but I have been blown away by the legitimate companies who have embraced this sales model in the last five years.
Specific companies aside, a good book for ANYONE who would like to pursue Network Marketing/MLMs as an income producing journey look up the book Four Year Career by Richard Dick Bliss. It will change your entire perspective on building a business from home.
H&M will occupy a section on the second floor of Northtown Mall, near Macy’s and by the portion of the mall that underwent renovations recently. A local retailer , The Comic Book Store, had previously been in the area the will be remodeled for H&M but that store was moved a few weeks ago in preparation for this then un-named chain retailer. The Comic Book Store is still on the mall’s second floor but now located in-between the food court and Kohl’s.
Another effective auction is an auction held when a business has failed and the contents of the business is auctioned off by the lender to recoup some of their losses. While these auctions are unfortunate for the former business owner (we never like to see fellow businessmen fail) it can actually be beneficial for auction buyers. I attended one of these auctions and was able to secure a ton of needed equipment and supplies at ridiculously low prices. Staplers, computers, copiers, trash cans, artwork, shelves, file cabinets, carts, and more are just some ideas of what I was able to save drastically on. Often most of the other auction buyers are after bigger ticket items so things like trash cans, shelving units and file cabinets go ignored as dull and boring.
